As someone who’s been active all their life and managed to come back after multiple setbacks – I decided to go away to college to study a HND in Fitness, Health and Exercise with the sole purpose of aiding others in their fitness journey. I feel I have a lot to give as a PT and always strive to push someone to their limits! My sessions are described as “tough” but “fun” I mix good craic with hard work and try to make the journey as stress free as possible. The only requirement I have for you is commitment, I’m a medical technician in the ambulance service so my time can become very limited. However with just an extra 10% from you we can achieve your goals together!
